We engage in deep listening and powerful questioning, guiding the coachee through intentional conversations rooted in diverse coaching techniques. Relevant assessments are used to uncover patterns, strengths, and opportunities for growth.

Ensure
Each coaching session ends with a clear action plan for practical implementation. We provide supporting resources such as articles and videos to reinforce growth. A mid-course review with sponsors maintains direction, and a detailed completion report captures outcomes and next steps.

How can I select the Personal Mastery workshop that suits my organisational needs?
Our methodology includes a Diagnose phase where we will understand your context and needs. We will connect with the challenges the leaders face at different levels and suggest the workshop that best suits your needs
Are there any other workshops apart from these themes?
We are also experts in customised learning design. We can create content that is aligned with your needs. Some areas where we have created content for organizations include Execution Excellence, Shaping a Powerful Tomorrow and Overcoming Limiting beliefs
What are the fees for the workshops?
We do not have specific off the shelf programs. Each client intervention is a specific project that follows the methodology of Diagnose, Design, Deliver and Deepen. An indicative daily fee for Facilitation will be Rs 2,50,000 per day for our Lead Facilitators.
Who will be the facilitators for the workshops?
Our Founder Nirupama Subramanian will be the Lead facilitator for these workshops. We will also use other facilitators from our team of empanelled coaches and facilitators for specific workshops.
