Nirupama Subramanian is a multifaceted entrepreneur, leadership coach ( ICF-PCC) and an experienced facilitator. She is the Founder and CEO of Powerfulife Solutions which provides leadership development interventions for personal growth and organizational impact. She is a best selling author of 4 books, a Board advisor, a two time TEDx Speaker and the creator of the only validated assessment for women in South Asia. Nirupama blends deep wisdom, extensive coaching experience and research orientation to create and lead high impact people development interventions.
Rajesh Ramakrishnan
Co-Founder & Business Coach
Rajesh Ramakrishnan is a nurturing and transformative leader with a proven track record of 30 years of driving business and people growth. He was the Managing Director of Perfetti Van Melle India for 6 years and had a distinguished corporate career with companies like Reckitt Benckiser, Marico, Pepsico and Hindustan Times. Rajesh is a Business Advisory Consultant and a certified coach (ICF-PCC). Rajesh combines extensive business experience with expertise in coaching and consulting to enable individuals, teams and organizations to thrive and grow to their full potential.

Our founders also run My Daughter is Precious- an initiative to provide scholarships and mentorships for young women to complete their undergraduate education with confidence and clarity.
We have awarded more than 100 scholarships and have created a network of 40+ mentors. We do this through direct partnerships with colleges who want to support their female students. We raise funds to help to pay for college fees and leverage our networks for mentors who can provide 1:1 guidance to the young women for 1-2 years.
