Rajesh Ramakrishnan
Rajesh Ramakrishnan is a nurturing and transformative leader with a proven track record of 30 years of driving business and people growth. He strikes a good balance between strategic thinking and operational excellence and can effectively manage complexities to deliver consistent results with both speed and impact.
Rajesh’s last role was that of Managing Director, Perfetti Van Melle, India from 2018-2023. Before that, he was heading the business for Perfetti in Bangladesh.
Rajesh has worked with companies like Reckitt Benckiser,Marico,Pepsico, Hindustan Times and has held senior roles in Marketing and General Management.
Rajesh was awarded the Economic Times Inspiring CEO Award in 2022 and the ET Ascent CEO of the Year Award in 2023.
Rajesh has co-authored the book The Nurturing Quotient with Nirupama Subramanian in 2025.
Rajesh is passionate about photography and has won several awards in this area. He enjoys trekking and has climbed Mt Everest Base camp, Mt Kilimanjaro and Annapurna Base camp. He is a yoga practitioner and a keen traveller who has been to 54 countries.
Rajesh has an engineering degree from BITS Pilani and has done Business Management from XLRI. He has also done AMP from INSEAD, France. Rajesh has an accredited coach with ICF with a PCC certification.
